T2002WH Drillpipe Inspection Unit Specifications Operating Voltage: 105-115Vac 50/60Hz The unit incorporates standard transverse drillpipe inspection with non contact hall effect wall thickness inspection. The inspection data can be recorded on either a laptop computer or thermal chart Dimensions: 24" x 12" x 12" Hall Effect Wall Thickness measures 100% of the pipe body as well as localized wall loss This is done by the Hall sensors reading the amount of magnetism in the air around the pipe and giving out the lowest reading. Hall Effect is Non Contact which means that there are less consumables TP5750 Transverse And Wall Thickness Inspection                         The TP5750 is a fixed unit that inspects  tubulars for  Wall Thickness  and Transverse defects. The system is semi-automatic and PLC controlled. All signals are displayed and saved on computer system. The TP5750 comes complete with conveyors,loaders/Unloaders and hydraulic powerpack. 4-Function Inspection Unit                  NDT 4-Function Unit System Capabilities: The system above is a TP 6000 Fully computerised, semi-automatic unit and performs the following checks as the pipe passes through it Longitudinal, Transverse, Wall thickness and Grade Verification on pipe sizes 2 3/8"- 14" plain end. Alternative Systems The TP 3500 can handle pipe sizes from 1.3" to 3 1/2" The TP5500 can handle pipe sizes from 1.3" to 5" The TP 5700 can handle pipe sizes from 2 3/8" to 7" All of our 4 Function Units incorporate Hall-Effect Wall Thickness, which is an environmentally friendly way to perform 100% coverage of wall thickness checks.
